You will assist our patients and provide them with proper care for their teeth and gums. As well as provide teeth cleaning and fluoride application. Position Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment or preventative program as directed by a Dentist 
• Educate patients on effective oral health care 
• Report patients' oral health to dentists
• Sterilize and sharpen dental instruments 
• Take X-rays or dental impressions
• Remove calculus and plaque (hard and soft deposits) from all surfaces of the teeth
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides to the teeth 
• Adhere to all HIPPA requirements and maintains patient privacy

Required Education/Certification(s):

• Active State Dental Hygiene Licensure
• Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene
